为了探究珲春地区高瓦斯矿井煤自然发火情况,选取该地区板石煤矿22、23a和八连城煤矿18#、26#共4个煤层进行程序升温特性实验,分析了CO及烃类气体产生量随温度的变化规律,优选自然发火标志气体,测算煤自燃临界温度。结果表明,板石22、23a和八连城18#、26#四个煤层的自燃临界温度分别为101.0℃、97.6℃、121.0℃、169.1℃。CO和C2H4的初现温度大约在30℃与80~120℃,且产生量随温度单调递增,可作为煤自燃预测预报的主要参考指标|而同时,为了保证检测的全面与准确,还可以将规律性良好的其他烃类气体、烯烷比和链烷比进行辅助参考。  相似文献

In this paper, two coating techniques, the high velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) and air plasma spray (APS) techniques, were used to deposit a bond coat of NiCoCrAlYTa on the Inconel 625 substrate, followed by applying a topcoat of yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ). The samples were preoxidized in an argon-controlled furnace at a temperature of 1000 °C for 12 and 24 h to characterize the microstructure of a thermally grown oxide (TGO) using the two coating techniques. The most suitable preoxidized samples were further tested for isothermal oxidation at 1000 °C for up to 120 h, and a hot corrosion test was performed at 1000 °C for up to 52 h or until spalling occurred. As-sprayed and oxidized samples prepared with different coating techniques were evaluated in terms of their microstructure using different characterization methods, such as field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), variable pressure scanning electron microscopy (VPSEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) equipped with energy dispersive X-ray and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses. In addition, the mechanical properties of these samples were evaluated using adhesion tests. The results show that the YSZ/NiCoCrAlYTa coating applied with the HVOF technique forms a more thin and continuous layer of TGO than that obtained when applying a YSZ/NiCoCrAlYTa coating using the APS technique, indicating that a severe brittle oxidation interface exists between the two layers. The results also indicate that the mechanical strength obtained from the adhesion test of the coated samples is observably affected by the oxidation behaviors obtained with the different deposition techniques chosen.  相似文献

This study presents the flame structure influenced by the differential diffusion effects and evaluates the structural modifications induced by the turbulence, thus to understand the coupling effects of the diffusively unstable flame fronts and the turbulence distortion. Lean premixed CH4/H2/air flames were conducted using a piloted Bunsen burner. Three hydrogen fractions of 0, 30% and 60% were adopted and the laminar flame speed was kept constant. The turbulence was generated with a single-layer perforated plate, which was combined with different bulk velocities to obtain varied turbulence intensities. Quasi-laminar flames without the plate were also performed. Explicit flame morphology was obtained using the OH-PLIF. The curvature, flame surface density and turbulent burning velocity were measured. Results show that the preferential transport of hydrogen produces negatively curved cusps flanked with positively curved bulges, which are featured by skewed curvature pdfs and consistent with the typical structure caused by the Darrieus-Landau instability. Prevalent bulge-cusp like wrinkles remain with relatively weak turbulence. However, stronger turbulence can break the bulges to be finer, and induce random positively curved cusps, therefore to destroy the bulge-cusp structures. Evident positive curvatures are generated in this process modifying the skewed curvature pdfs to be more symmetric, while the negative curvatures are not affected seriously. From low to high turbulence intensities, the hydrogen addition always strengthens the flame wrinkling. The augmentation of flame surface density and turbulent burning velocity with hydrogen is even more obvious at higher turbulence intensity. It is suggested that the differential diffusion can persist and even be strengthened with strong turbulence.  相似文献

Dynamic indirect tension experiments were performed on zirconium diboride-silicon carbide (ZrB2−20%SiC) ceramic. Flattened Brazilian disc specimens of ZrB2−20%SiC were prepared to conduct dynamic tensile tests using the modified Split Hopkinson pressure bar system. The tensile experiments were completed at the range of loading rates from 7.53 to 74.71 GP s−1. The tensile experimental results revealed that the zirconium diboride-silicon carbide ceramic composite is rate-sensitive in terms of the tensile strength and failure mode. The dynamic tensile strength increases linearly with the loading rate and changes from 195 MPa at 7.53 GP s−1 to 654 MPa at 74.71 GP s−1. Moreover, the dynamic tensile strength decreases with the increase in critical fracture time, which conforms to Tuler and Butcher's fracture criterion. In dynamic experiments, a high-speed camera was used to examine the tensile failure process, and fragments were collected to analyze the dynamic tensile failure mechanism. The tensile fracture mode of ZrB2−20%SiC obviously showed the sensitivity of the loading rate. The fragment size of ZrB2−20%SiC ceramic decreased but the quantity of fragments increased as the loading rate increased.  相似文献

铜合金接触线在安装、使用等过程中不可避免存在扭转现象,不同的扭转参数对铜合金接触线的最大扭转圈数存在一定影响。本文通过扭转试验研究了扭转速度、张力以及扭转方向等参数对CTMH150接触线扭转圈数的影响,并分析了扭矩与扭转圈数的关系。研究发现,铜合金接触线的扭转圈数随着扭转速度、张力的增大先降低再增加,均存在一个转换点;双向扭转过程中的扭矩圈数大于单向扭转。此外,接触线的扭矩与扭转圈数成线性相关性。  相似文献

目的研究超临界CO2环境中温度和流速对N80碳钢腐蚀行为的影响,探讨N80碳钢在超临界CO2环境中的腐蚀机制。方法利用高压釜进行失重和电化学测试,同时利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)进行腐蚀形貌观察和腐蚀产物成分分析。结果当温度为40℃时,腐蚀速率最小,电化学阻抗随时间延长持续减小,此条件下并没形成FeCO3保护膜。升高温度导致腐蚀初期的腐蚀速率明显增大,然而腐蚀某个时刻后,电化学阻抗突然增大,意味着FeCO3保护膜的形成。温度越高,腐蚀24 h后的阻抗越大,产物膜越致密,保护性越好。另外,腐蚀失重速率随流速的增加而增大,电化学测试也表明流速越大,阻抗越小,腐蚀电流密度越大。SEM形貌分析表明,流体流动破坏了FeCO3膜的致密度,降低了其对N80碳钢基体的保护作用。结论尽管升高温度加速了N80碳钢的腐蚀,但却有利于保护性FeCO3膜的形成。温度越高,FeCO3膜越致密。流体流动破坏了保护性FeCO3膜的致密性,加速了N80碳钢腐蚀。  相似文献

A simple and low‐cost method for designing and fabricating concentration‐gradient generators with two and three inlets is proposed which can generate different concentration gradients at varying flow velocities. The microchannel structure was designed in S‐shape and left‐right symmetry. The concentration‐gradient generator was simulated based on the finite element method. The microchannels were processed on a computer numerical control (CNC) engraving and milling machine on poly(methylmethacrylate) substrate, and then two concentration‐gradient generators were fabricated by hot bonding technology. The results of experiment and simulation were compared to prove the feasibility of the method. Flow velocity was an important factor for generating different concentration gradients. The concentration‐gradient profiles of the generators with two and three inlets present approximately linear and quadratic curves.  相似文献

The propagation of in-plane shear cracks is investigated in brittle microstructured materials modeled by the constrained Cosserat elasticity. This theory introduces characteristic material lengths in order to describe the scale effects that emerge from the underlying microstructure and has proved to be very effective for modeling complex microstructured materials. An exact solution is obtained based on integral transforms and the Wiener-Hopf technique. Numerical results are presented illustrating the dependence of the stress intensity factor and the energy release rate upon the loading profile, the propagation velocity, and the characteristic material lengths of Cosserat elasticity. It is shown that depending on the Cosserat microstructural lengths the limiting crack propagation velocity can be significantly lower than the classical Rayleigh limit. Moreover, strengthening effects are observed when the characteristic material lengths become comparable to the geometrical lengths of the problem, a behavior that has been experimentally verified in fracture of ceramics.  相似文献

为了研究低速水下循迹监测航行器的水动力学性能数值计算问题,采用FLUENT软件和SST剪切应力输运模型,通过雷诺时均N-S方程分析流速一定的情况下,取不同攻角、不同水平舵角作为来流条件,研究未安装推进器以及安装推进器且其安装位置不同时,航行器的升力系数、俯仰力矩系数、表面压力分布和流场速度的变化规律。结果表明:在未安装推进器以及推进器的安装位置不同时,随着攻角的变化,升力系数呈线性变化,俯仰力矩系数呈非线性变化;随着水平舵角的变化,升力系数和俯仰力矩系数呈线性变化。当推进器安装在航行器头部时,对航行器流场压力和流场速度变化影响最大;当安装在航行器尾部时,对二者影响最小。对于低速航行器,应尽量将推进器安装在中间靠后位置,以提高航行器的水动力性能。升力系数的试验结果与数值仿真结果之间最大相差7. 51%,阻力系数的试验结果与数值仿真结果最大相差5. 84%,均吻合较好。研究结果可以为低速水下循迹航行器的优化设计和发展提供理论参考。  相似文献

A novel immersion and invariance (I&I) angular velocity observer is presented for the attitude tracking control of a rigid body with the lack of angular rate. Global exponential convergence of angular velocity estimate errors are guaranteed by an innovative filter design for the estimates' Euclidean norm. The proposed method requires fewer filter states compared with existing I&I angular velocity observer designs, which achieves a simpler closed-loop structure (dynamic reduction). The observer synthesis and convergence are independent of the control torque, which leads to much convenience in establishing “separation property” when combining a proportional-derivative attitude tracking controller driven by angular velocity estimates. A rigorous stability analysis is provided to ensure the (almost) global asymptotic convergence of the overall closed-loop tracking errors, and several numerical simulations are carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the combined implementation of proposed angular velocity observer and full-state feedback attitude tracking controller.  相似文献
